W.J. Deutsch Signs Five-Year Agreement With Martignetti Companies

NEW YORK, Oct. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. (Deutsch) -- a leading importer and marketer of award-winning wines and spirits from around the world, including [yellow tail], Joseph Carr and Adult Chocolate Milk -- announced the signing of a five-year distribution agreement with Martignetti Companies in several New England states.

The arrangement formalizes and extends Martignetti Companies' existing rights to market and sell Deutsch wines and spirits in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, while granting rights in the state of Rhode Island. Under the agreement, United Liquors, LLC has been granted distribution rights for wine and spirits in Massachusetts; Martignetti Companies of New Hampshire has been granted exclusive distribution rights for wine and spirits in New Hampshire; and Rhode Island Distributing has been granted exclusive distribution rights for wine and spirits in Rhode Island.

The agreements stipulate detailed five-year depletion and distribution goals for the Deutsch brands and new investments, structure and resources that will be implemented to enable both companies to reach their mutual brand development goals.
