Wmode and Momac sign North American distribution agreement

- Wmode to incorporate GoMedia into its ClearMode(R) offering -

BARCELONA, Spain, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ - Wmode, the developer and operator of the ClearMode(R) managed service, announced today that they have signed a distribution agreement with Momac that allows Wmode to offer the award winning GoMedia suite of services in the North American market. Wmode will begin targeting media and publishing companies with the full GoMedia suite, operated as a managed service. In parallel, Wmode plans to tightly integrate certain pieces of GoMedia with its own ClearMode services. Initially, both GoPortal and GoPublish will be used for designing and maintaining the ClearMode storefronts for Smart phones and higher end devices.

Wmode will continue to manage ClearMode and GoMedia as a managed service for mobile and broadband operators. The two companies are also in discussions about a reciprocal agreement that will allow Momac to integrate parts of the ClearMode solution with their GoMedia services for the European market.
