(OTCQB: WMXG) announced they have reduced their shares by one billion shares in connection with the exchange of 10,000,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock for 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock. This transaction represents a significant reduction of approximately 60% of the company's common shares.
