Wolverine World Wide, Inc. Announces The Appointment Of Frank Annunziata As Vice President And General Manager Of Sebago

ROCKFORD, Mich., Nov. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolverine Worldwide (NYSE:WWW) today announced the appointment of Frank Annunziata to the position of Vice President and General Manager of Sebago with responsibility for the further development of the brand's global growth platform of footwear, apparel and accessories. Annunziata will report to Ted Gedra, President of the Company's Heritage Group.

Annunziata most recently served as senior vice president – sales for the Clarks Footwear Company.  He brings a diverse background to Sebago with particular strength and focus on developing high-end brands in department stores and other premium distribution channels. Annunziata's more than 30 years of experience integrating marketing, sales and product development efforts in support of leading lifestyle brands will provide vital leadership to Sebago's global brand-building efforts.
