Women On Board Source helps boards and search firms find and connect with highly qualified women corporate board candidates. The 60+ women featured in Women On Board Source were nominated and then selected for participation in the Women On Board Mentoring Program because of their strong candidacy for corporate board service. They are top executives and professionals across Canada, each with an impressive depth of experience in their industry. All of them are experienced board members having served on various types of corporate boards, committees, and non-profit boards. As part of their participation in the mentoring program, the women are mentored by prominent Board Chairs or CEOs who help them achieve their goal of attaining a corporate board appointment by advising them and advocating for them.
