Women's-Only Boxing Studio, 30 Minute Hit, is now on ClassPass

The collaboration will allow ClassPass members to book sessions at over sixty 30 Minute Hit locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

30 Minute Hit offers a unique, high-intensity circuit workout designed specifically for women. Each session features 13 stations targeting different muscle groups and fitness skills, with two-minute rounds and short rest intervals.
