Word Of Faith Int'l Christian Center Donates $10,000 To Help With The Flint Water Crisis
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- "We are deeply moved by the perilous water situation in Flint, Michigan. As a church and members of our community at large, Word of Faith is donating $10,000 to aid in the relief of the Flint water crisis," states Bishop Keith Butler, founder & senior pastor of Word of Faith International Christian Center Church located in Southfield, Michigan.
The United Way of Genesee County and FlintNOW have each been sent $5,000 checks to be used to buy water for Flint residents as they endure through this crisis.
It is our prayer that this situation in Flint will be alleviated as soon as it can be and that the residents will once again enjoy the quality of life they have been accustomed to in the past.
