SEATTLE, July 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- WordRake Holdings, LLC, a software company offering editing programs for business professionals, today announced the launch of their debut product: WordRake. Founded by lawyer, New York Times bestselling author, and American Bar Association writing expert, Gary Kinder, the new WordRake software is an add-in program for PC's running Microsoft Word. "We created WordRake to give every lawyer a personal editor that will edit their writing one sentence at a time or the entire document at once; they can accept or reject each suggestion without affecting their personal writing style or tone."
Awarded six U.S. patents, WordRake differs from spelling and grammar programs by identifying dull and unnecessary words, for more clear and concise writing. WordRake CEO Jim Figel notes, "Useless words not only weaken sentences and hamper communication, but they are also the major complaint lawyers hear from judges and clients. Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., summed it up best when he said, 'I have yet to put down a brief and say, "I wish that had been longer.'' ' "
A free trial of WordRake, plus additional information and purchase options, is now available at www.wordrake.com.
