To accompany the release, a web movie titled "Watch DJ," which embodies the innovative, high quality, and stylish worldview of the Seiko Astron, was released on August 25 and in approximately three weeks, the movie logged a total of 400,000 views (*1). The behind-the-scenes film, "MAKING of Watch DJ" was also released on September 7.

The DJ booth is surrounded by a 6.5-meter wide, 3.8-meter tall screen, which projected a time-lapse movie of time-related imagery: the sun, moon, stars, and more. DJ MITSU THE BEATS plays his dynamic yet delicate music, which is synchronized in real time with the projected movie. The music playing on the turntable is synced with hand movement of watch that suggests rolling back time. He changes the playing speed and makes the music play backwards and forwards by scratching, creating a pleasant tune. Meanwhile on the screen, the projected sun as well as the time axis are completely under his control.
