The surveys evaluated the recruitment process of more than 240 North American-based companies to identify and recognize organizations that create an outstanding candidate experience. Enterprise was one of only 50 organizations – and the only car rental company – to win Talent Board's Candidate Experience Award.

When communicating with prospective employees, Enterprise uses a variety of high-touch, in-person and digital recruiting methods.
