(OTCBB:NXOI) announced it has entered into an agreement to have Sunrise Global Marketing, Inc. handle promotion and distribution of  the "R&R Advantage Memberships" including its 7 day "Luxury Resort Certificates" to cruise ship, airline and yacht crew members worldwide. Sunrise Global Marketing, Inc. plans to roll out the advertising of R&R Advantage Memberships & Resort Certificates programs to reach over 60 percent of crew members worldwide and multiple airline programs by utilizing its significant arsenal of media and distribution assets including:

• Internet cafes and international call centers in  all ports of call in the Caribbean
• Full page advertising in Crew Magazine and through www.TheCrewMagazine.com
• Banners on www.CrewDiscount.com websites

• e-mail marketing to over 250,000 crew member utilizing flight services on www.CrewFlights.com or booking travel products on www.CrewDiscount.com
