WPS Awards Contract to Unify for Communications Solution to Enhance Member Services

OpenScape platform provides scalability and unified communications solutions along with contact center systems to provide advanced collaboration capabilities for 3,200 users

BOCA RATON, Fla., July 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Unify, a global leading communications software and services firm, today announced that WPS Health Solutions has selected OpenScape Voice and unified communications to support its 3,200 users across 12 locations.

Following a six-month evaluation process, WPS selected OpenScape for its carrier-class reliability, integration, flexibility, scalability, low total cost of ownership and advanced collaboration capabilities.
