WTW Associates Strengthens Its Media-Focused Executive Search Firm

Most recently, Craighead was with Epsen Fuller Group in New York City where he was Managing Director of its TalentKinect division.  Previously he ran his own firm, Selective Search Partners, after having been the President, North American Operations in New York for UK-headquartered Bluesky Executive Search.  Scott has led a number of key executive search and recruitment projects for such clients as Thomson Reuters, Goldman Sachs, BP, Pirelli Tyre, Nuk USA, Hitachi Capital, Alliance Bernstein, Brookfield, MMC Marsh McLennan, SIRVA and others.

A successful entrepreneur, Craighead owned a subscription-based business information publishing company, which grew 10-fold over 10 years as he led its transition from print to a dynamic web-based solution. He built a team of over 150 people in over 100 countries and spent much of his time focused on the marketing and growth strategy. He successfully sold the company to recruitment advertising leader TMP Worldwide and its Monster.com online job site, where he led the cross-selling of solutions to TMP 's other business units and corporate clients.  Additionally, he led business development for digital magazine newsstand leader, Zinio, and he worked in magazine advertising sales and account management within the advertising agency world earlier in his career.
