Wylie Studios Inks Landmark Multi-Media TV and Digital Distribution Deal with Omniverse One World Television

LOS ANGELES, March 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Wylie Studios and cutting-edge syndicator Omniverse One World Television today announced the completion of a strategic alliance to syndicate original, first-run, scripted programming concurrently over prime-time broadcast and cable television, internet, Set-Top-Boxes and mobile devices worldwide. This deal creates a new milestone in syndication: new shows will be simultaneously available in all domestic television markets reaching over 80 million homes, and millions more through the alliance's digital distribution channels.

Wylie Studios and Omniverse are targeting traditional broadcast and cable television audiences worldwide, but they are particularly focused on delivering original programming to the "Verge Generation": a powerful new breed of viewers who get most of their content a la carte from the internet. This multi-cultural mash-up of savvy young consumers spend $90 billion annually in the U.S. alone on entertainment, technology and other luxury goods.
