Xamcor and DIR Form Partnership to Serve Information Management Industry

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Xamcor, Inc., an M&A company specializing in the information management industry, has signed a partnership agreement with Ralph Gammon, Editor and Publisher of the Document Imaging Report (DIR). Under the agreement, Gammon's primary role will be in contributing to Xamcor's "Industry Buzz" section of its Web site, as well as conducting regular interviews with leading industry executives that will be available to registered users.

Xamcor was launched in 2012. Its principals include ECM industry veterans Paul Carman and Harvey Spencer, as well as Ike Fattal, who has a strong background in finance, deal structuring and M&A.
