Xchanging Procurement U.S. Announces New Leadership

CHICAGO, July 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Xchanging plc, the business process, procurement and technology services provider, today announces that Dave Bowen, CEO of MM4, the recently acquired eSourcing company, is taking on the additional role of Managing Director, Procurement Services, Xchanging Americas.

Dave will lead the growth of Xchanging's services in the procurement sector across both North America and South America, including the introduction of new technology-based product and service offerings to its 60 existing customers. 2013 saw a record year for the business in the Americas, with several key contract renewals and customer wins in Q3 and Q4 alone.

In the wider procurement business, Chirag Shah, formerly Chairman of MM4, has been appointed as Xchanging's Executive Director, Procurement, and also joins the company's Executive Board.

The appointments underline Xchanging's commitment to delivering innovative technology-enabled solutions to meet the evolving needs of global procurement customers. By combining this new technology focus with the company's existing, market-leadership in procurement services, Xchanging will be able to provide a complete range of offerings to suit customer needs across the full procurement spectrum.
