(NASDAQ: XNCR) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,730,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.50 per share. In addition, Xencor has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,909,500 shares of common stock at the same price to cover over-allotments, if any. All shares of the common stock in this offering are being sold by Xencor, Inc. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on December 3, 2013 under the symbol "XNCR." The offering is expected to close on December 6, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
