("Xinyuan" or "the Company") (NYSE: XIN), a residential real estate developer with a primary focus on high growth cities in China, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2014 of US$0.025 per common share, or US$0.05 per American Depositary Share (ADS), which will be payable on December 12, 2014 to shareholders of record as of December 2, 2014.
