KIRKLAND, Wash., Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- International business and IT services firm Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the grand opening of its new office in Dallas, Texas.  The Dallas office is yet another step towards expanding the Xtreme footprint across the nation and reflects the company's continuing efforts to diversify into new markets.

An exciting newcomer, Shea Putnam, has been selected to lead the development of Xtreme's Dallas office.  Shea joins Xtreme with over 14 years of experience in recruiting, sales strategies, talent sourcing, and business development.  In his most recent role, Shea was the National Account Manager for Monster Government Solutions Public Sector and Education (PSE) where he oversaw an 11-state territory, including Texas.  Throughout his career, Shea has designed, implemented, and managed recruiting processes for Fortune 100 companies as well as start-up organizations.  His sound business acumen and exceptional view of the recruiting industry will make him a strong leader for Xtreme's Dallas office.
