Xumanii™ Announces that the Company has Implemented a Production Schedule Towards the Creation of the Xumanii™ App for Several of the Major Smart TV Manufacturers Allowing the Company to Expand its Content Reach Over a Multitude of Television Platforms.

CARSON CITY, Nev., June 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Xumanii™ (the "Company") (OTCQB: XUII) and (OTC PINK: XUII), a company that has developed proprietary technology capable of broadcasting live events in True HD™ wirelessly from multiple cameras at events creating high quality content for drastically lower production cost announces today that it has begun implementing a production schedule for the Xumanii^TM Smart TV App for leading manufacturers such as Samsung, Sony, and LG. With the introduction of the "Smart TV" and "3-D" technology to High Definition Television in 2009 many online web based streaming content providers have seen exponential increases in revenue growth as the sale of Smart TV's have increased due to the ever increasing popularity of the technology built into such models. Smart TV sales have increased significantly worldwide each year since the technology became available.
