Yacon Syrup Recipe Contest Winner Awarded Prize for Taste, Creativity and Innovation

In regards to her win, CJ stated, "I love to cook.  It runs in the family.  My mother won first place in the Kraft cooking contest when I was young, and my sister started up a very successful edible art business."

All the yacon syrup recipes that are entered into the contest will be published in an upcoming yacon syrup cookbook.  All participants will receive a free copy.
