It was founded by Mr Yi Zhou, a Chinese lawyer and an ex-executive member of the Lawyers Association Worldwide in the Asia Pacific. Yado began its operations as LegalMall in March 2008, in affiliation with RayYin & Partners, a Beijing-based law firm. LegalMall was previously an online services platform specializing exclusively in legal services for foreign clients doing business in China, including company verifications, business registrations, and legal documents.In October 2015 LegalMall changed its name to Yado. With steady development and with a vision for better global integration, Yi was determined to diversify the platform's services by creating Yado to better serve its global clientele.
