Yenni Capital Acquires Steven Feller P.E.

NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Yenni Capital, a private equity investment firm, announced today that it has acquired Steven Feller P.E. ("Steven Feller" or the "Company"), an engineering design services company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Steven Feller has historically focused its operations in Southeast Florida and has completed engineering design work for many of the largest projects in the region. Over more than three decades of its existence, the Company has developed an impeccable reputation among its diversified and distinguished customer base of architectural firms, developers and general contractors, with 90% repeat business from its customers. Having successfully navigated several economic cycles, owing to its consistently healthy business backlog and pipeline of new projects, the Company has proven itself to be an acknowledged leader in its niche.

Yenni Capital's strategic partnership with Steven Feller is intended to accelerate the Company's expansion into new geographical markets and sectors, and drive efficiencies through stronger financial and project management controls. The investment was executed via Yenni Income Opportunities Fund I (the "Fund"), Yenni Capital's buyout fund vehicle, in partnership with the Company's Founder and President Steve Feller, and Braga Investment & Advisory.
