Yext Announces Proposed Offering of Common Stock

(NYSE: YEXT), the leader in digital knowledge management (DKM), today announced an underwritten public offering of 6,100,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to an effective Registration Statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").  In addition, Yext expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of its common stock.  All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Yext.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as the underwriter for the offering.
