Yo Gabba Gabba Creator Joins Free Event at Milkalicious

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, December 8th from 11am – 2pm, Milkalicious is hosting a free family event to celebrate the boutiques 4 year anniversary. Founded in 2008 by Jennifer Ritchie, an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Milkalicious is a retail boutique that was created by her personal cause to provide a "hip" approach to education and support to new mothers.

"Over the past 4 years, we have helped over 3,000 moms and babies," says Jennifer Ritchie, Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Owner of Milkalicious. "We want the whole community to come out and celebrate, and what better way than an afternoon dance party with the creative genius behind Yo Gabba Gabba!"

In addition to an afternoon dance party, the event will include food, activities for the kids, and a book signing by Parker Jacobs, four-time Emmy-nominated art director for the hit TV show Yo Gabba Gabba! Jacobs will be promoting his new book The Goon Holler Guidebook. The Goon Holler Guidebook is meant to stimulate young minds while amusing them with fun, memorable characters and stories.

The Burt Truck, a gourmet food truck that serves one of a kind sliders will be joining the event, as well as some characters to dance with the kids. "We are hoping to have some surprise guests, so be sure to grab your friends and neighbors, and don't forget to bring your cameras!"

Founded in 2008 by Jennifer Ritchie, a full-time working mom and wife, Milkalicious is a business created by her personal cause to provide community-based, long-term support for breastfeeding mothers.
