Yoga For Kids: Gaiam Releases A New DVD Series That Provides Fun, Educational Yoga Programming To Help Kids Get Active While Stimulating Imagination

Led by children's yoga expert Jodi Komitor, Gaiam's new Yoga for Kids interactive programs are designed to be fun, educational and get kids' bodies moving and imaginations soaring.

According to the CDC, childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and quadrupled in adolescents in the past 30 years.
