Combining his vast experience in residential building and his tremendous success in the telecommunications industry, Clark offers a noticeably different perspective on real estate development.

Clark, along with partner Hardy Dail, believe so much in the idea of showing buyers instead of telling them that they are putting their money where their mouths are. Before they released Waterway Cove for sale to the general public, Clark and Dail infused the development with a tremendous capital outlay in order to complete the infrastructure, roads, numerous homes, parks, bridges, and are nearing completion on the large amenity center clubhouse and pool which will be home to a fitness center, library, meeting room and pool house slated to open May 1, 2011.
"We know we have a special project here. It is very unique and it is in a one-of-a-kind location. But, it isn't important what I think," said Clark. "Buyers should feel very comfortable with their purchase and with the lifestyle they will enjoy after that purchase. I believe we have built the right homes, in the right location for the right price and now we want the public to be able to see this exact same thing, too."
Waterway Cove recently opened its new sales office and is opened to the public daily for private real estate tours.
