Youchange Relocates Headquarters; Expands and Opens First Retail Store in Tempe, Arizona

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- YouChange Holdings Corp ("youchange™") (OTCBB:YCNG), a leading Community for electronics collection, e-waste tracking, and re-Commerce, today announced the relocation of its headquarters to Tempe, Arizona and the opening of its first retail store-front to facilitate its growing operations.

Youchange sells used consumer and business electronics which it collects through fundraising programs with schools, churches, non-profits and sports groups. These items range from audio and video equipment to cell phones, laptops, desktops, video games, DVD's and LCD monitors.

This software facilitates youchange's ability to analyze individual items to determine the best methodology of extending each product's life by recycling, refurbishing or immediately reselling the items.  This software systematically manages items based upon its algorithm. With its new retail location, youchange is now capable of handling larger items, as well as offer its products locally versus online outlets only.
