Young America Capital Announces Newly Formed Maritime & Infrastructure Group
NEW YORK, Nov 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Young America Capital LLC ("YAC") announced today that it has formed a specialized Maritime & Infrastructure Investment Banking Group.
Young America assembled a world-class senior team to drive the launch of this highly specialized vertical. The team will be led by Henry Juan, Managing Director, who will serve as Head of the Maritime & Infrastructure Team. Mr. Juan brings over 30 years of experience in investment banking including roles with the Seabury Group, Skyworks Capital, Cypress Associates, Credit Lyonnais, Bear Stearns and Bankers Trust. Mr. Juan is joined by two other Maritime & Infrastructure banking veterans - Jakob Bergendorff, previously Head of M&A at the Maersk Group and JR Zambrotta, previously with DNB Markets, Inc.
