Young Broadcasters of America Adopts 'it's learning' Platform to Provide Communications and Broadcasting Courses

Massachusetts-based organization opens new avenues for training broadcasters, executives and students with online learning platform

BURLINGTON, Mass., June 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Young Broadcasters of America (YBA), an organization founded to help 10-18 year old students improve their communication skills and confidence both on-air and off-air, is expanding its offerings by integrating it's learning – The Individual Learning Platform™, an online learning platform designed to support individualized and collaborative instruction. The online platform will allow YBA to reach more interested participants and will supplement its studio-based teaching and training with effective online video-based approaches.

The it's learning platform will allow YBA students to upload samples of their audio and video broadcasting segments and assignments. Using it's learning, local broadcasters and industry leaders will have access to the students work online for critical analysis. Students will receive the feedback from the professionals as a resource to improve their broadcasting skills including delivery techniques, preparation and real-time context setting. Also, with it's learning, students can now earn YBA course certification online.
