Youngevity Completes Acquisition Of BeneYOU, LLC

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI), a multi-channel lifestyle company operating in three distinct business segments including a commercial coffee enterprise and its expanding commercial hemp enterprise, announced today that is has closed the acquisition of BeneYOU, LLC's assets with an effective date of November 1, 2019.
