BOSTON, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- YRM and TRO JungBrannen have recently formed the Nuclear Design Partnership combining the skills, strength and experience of two architectural practices, between whom have completed more than 2,000 projects in over 50 countries around the world. Nuclear Design Partnership has approximately 400 staff in offices across Europe and the United States.

The Nuclear Design Partnership has the architectural design skills and experience to span all the building types and uses associated with a nuclear facility and its integration into the environment. The Nuclear Design Partnership offers professional services for part or all of the lifecycle of the development of nuclear facilities from master planning to post handover evaluation, and for decommissioning.

John Clemow, CEO of YRM, said, "The low carbon emissions associated with nuclear power generation has led to the resurgence in interest and investment in nuclear power. The aging of existing facilities means many stations will also need to be decommissioned."

Stephen Panzarino, Principal of TRO JungBrannen said, "Our partnership offers planning and design capacity and capability, and the geographic reach, to offer the sensitive planning and high quality architectural design required to achieve a positive environmental impact."
