Yunguhui Group Which is Listed on AEEx will Appear in Capital Markets

This ceremony was attended by Mr. Fan Zhenbao, Chairman of Board of Yunguhui Group, Mr. Wang Xiangyu, Vice Chairman of Board of Aeex, Mr. Liang Haiming, Hong Kong's famous economist, President and Chief Economist of China Silk Road iValley Research Institute and Mr. Zhu Guangquan, Vice Chairman of Chinese Calligraphers Association and of Chinese Calligraphy Artists Association, where leaders of the companies, guests of the industry and friends of the media gathered together celebrating this great moment.

Mr. Fan Zhenbao, Chairman of Board of Yunguhui Group expressed his thanks to AEEx which helped Yunguhui Group improve itself with a more international vision and thinking. He also said that being listed on AEEx symbolized the steps from Anhui to the international capital markets of Yunguhui Group which hoped to boost the development of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as to become the most influential platform for them through innovation, win-win and integration of valuable service resources.

Mr. Liang Haiming, the Hong Kong's famous economist delivered a speech about "international financial markets' development trend" in which he said that in the future cooperation between China and financial fields of the countries related to "The Belt and Road" ("B&R"), "Shenzhen and Hong Kong Equity Exchange" would not only provide companies of China PR, of Hong Kong and of those countries with an Exchange for being public, but also make the "feeling of communication" of those countries' investors more stronger, which means improving smoothly the communication with those countries and even with the whole world in a form of financial language.

Also, the Exchange could open a new door for Chinese people and those countries' people to increase wealth, push our country to realize the overall docking with international markets in finance, accounting, law and other high-end services, and help it become a real maintainer, builder and contributor of international economy and financial markets.

In this ceremony we had the honor to invite Mr. Zhu Guangquan, Vice Chairman of Chinese Calligraphers Association and of Chinese Calligraphy Artists Association, to inscribe the words "gather talents, gather wisdom, gather enterprises, gather wealth" at the scene for Yunguhui Group in congratulations.

Mr. Wang Xiangyu, Vice Chairman of Board of AEEx fully affirmed the development ideas of Yunguhui Group, and pointed out that the signing ceremony indicated Yunguhui Group's transformation from a private company to a public one and also showed the great fruit of AEEx pushing enterprises into capital markets.
