Zayo Group is Big Cat Supporter of WILD Summit 2016
Women Inspiring Leadership Development (WILD) Summit IV offers a unique opportunity for professional women to network with students, inspire leadership, learn from each other, and share their wisdom
BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Women Inspiring Leadership Development (WILD) Summit IV is proud to announce that Zayo Group, a global provider of bandwidth infrastructure services headquartered in Boulder, Colo., will once again be the Big Cat supporter of the 2016 event to be held on April 1.
Now in its fourth year, the WILD Summit provides a venue for women to share their thoughts, challenges and successes, as they work to help each other and their community. The theme of the 2016 event is making an IMPACT and it appears as though last year's event did just that as 95 percent of attendees surveyed said they would recommend the WILD Summit to a friend or colleague.
"We share the vision of promoting and enabling women's leadership and find one of the best ways to do that is to be deeply engaged. The WILD Summit is a great forum to do just that with a remarkable group of women, and even a few amazing men," said Rachael Donaldson, vice president of People.Culture.Brand at Zayo. "A commitment to diversity and innovation requires a daily mindset of inclusion and the WILD Summit helps put the groundwork in place for the inspiration and lays out the roadmap for a positive path forward."
The WhiteWave food company headquartered in Denver has also announced that they will once again support the WILD Summit 2016. WhiteWave has been a WILD supporter since the Summit began in 2013.
"Zayo and WhiteWave are great examples of front range companies investing attention and resources toward building diverse leadership teams. As the data continues to show, a diverse set of leaders generates better results," said Julie Imig, chair of the 2016 WILD Summit. "The WILD Summit is a place where women leaders help each other assume leadership roles and succeed in them."
In partnership with The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, the WILD Summit is an annual event of The Women's Council. Companies interested in supporting the WILD Summit should contact Annie Brown ([email protected]) or Lyn Ciocca McCaleb ([email protected]).
The WILD Summit IV will take place on April 1, 2016 at the Marriott Hotel in Westminster, CO. For more information on the Women's Council and the WILD Summit, please visit www.wildsummit.org.
