Of all the apps in the Find the Perfect Home collection, ZipRealty is the only app with patented StreetScan™ technology or augmented reality. StreetScan allows consumers to peer through their iPhone camera while walking or driving through a neighborhood to see which properties are for sale, how much those homes cost and which properties recently sold. In early March, ZipRealty released upgrades to its iOS app, including:

• New map boundaries that allow users to search for homes on the map by neighborhood, zip code and school district.
• Improved functionality of its Ask a Question/Request Visit Forms, making it easier than ever to contact a real estate agent. Simply tap the Ask button at the bottom of the screen or the orange Visit Home button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
