ZirMed Adds Industry Marketing Experience with Hire of Kimberly Labow as Vice President of Marketing

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ZirMed, Inc. a leading provider of revenue cycle management and information solutions for healthcare, today announced the appointment of Kimberly Labow to the position of vice president of marketing.

Ms. Labow brings an in-depth understanding of healthcare technology as well as provider and payer markets to her role overseeing all marketing responsibilities for ZirMed, with a special emphasis on product marketing, demand generation, brand awareness and online marketing. Prior to joining ZirMed, Ms. Labow served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer for NaviNet, where she led the effort to brand and market an enhanced set of solutions that helped improve communication and streamline business processes between all health industry constituents.

Prior to NaviNet, Labow was vice president, marketing and product management for Medfusion, where she led the marketing, product management, and inside sales functions. Prior to Medfusion, Ms. Labow was vice president, marketing and product management for Performix Technologies where she was an integral part of the management team that led the successful sale of the company to NICE Systems. Before Performix, Ms. Labow was at Progress Software where she built and managed teams for services marketing, offering management and product marketing. Ms. Labow's healthcare experience also includes several years as marketing manager for Kronos' healthcare systems division, as well as product manager for PCN's EHR product HealthPoint (now Allscripts' Professional EHR).
