Zyscovich Architects to Design Melia Hotels International's First "ME" Boutique Hotel in the United States

MIAMI, Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Zyscovich Architects, one of the most sought after architectural firms in the nation, is proud to announce that it has been hired by CGI Merchant Group as the architect for its first, signature boutique hotel in the United States, ME Miami.

Part of the ME by Meliá brand, Meliá Hotels International's ME Miami will be located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in South Florida along Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami. On the other side of the boulevard, just steps away from the hotel, is Museum Park. Hotel guests will be able to easily stroll to the park and enjoy the Perez Art Museum and the future Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science.

According to Architect Mario Suárez, this new hotel property will be designed with the same attention and flair that ME by Meliá is best-known for:

ME Miami, slated to open in the spring of 2015, will boast 129 rooms, two rooftop pools, a restaurant named STK Rebel and more than 5,000 square feet of renovated space that will be converted into new dynamic dining, event spaces, including a lavish spa.
