Docupace's Omnichannel Customer Services wins a Bronze Stevie Award for Best Use of Omnichannel in Custom Service – Financial Services Industries.
In mid-2022, Docupace implemented a comprehensive customer portal featuring ticket tracking, direct communication, and escalation options. By early 2023, additional tools such as dashboards and trend reports were launched, enabling 89% of client requests to be processed through the portal by April 2023. The final phase in 2024 introduced chat and phone support with dedicated representatives, driven by client feedback.
Docupace now processes 99% of inquiries through its portal, managing hundreds of tickets monthly. The company's commitment to client-focused solutions and continuous improvement has positioned it as a leader in customer service innovation.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.
