365 Connect Fosters Next Generation of Technology Innovators With Participation at Teen Tech Day

Teen Tech Day will be held on March 18, 2017 with the focus on exposing youth in the New Orleans area to emerging technologies through a day of programs and workshops.
Created in 2011, Teen Tech Day is a one-day conference, emphasizing math, science, and engineering as tools that encourage teens to utilize technology as a hobby or a career. Attempting to cultivate excitement about technology, the event is designed to provide interaction among attendees. Throughout the day, event leaders will expose participating teens to a three-part process. Attendees will learn about the mechanisms of game design, the fundamentals of web design including the building of real websites using client based scenarios, and an introduction to social media.
