AAM Names Supplier of the Year and Supplier Excellence Award Winners

DETROIT, June 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- American Axle & Manufacturing (NYSE: AXL) presented Supplier of the Year and Supplier Excellence Awards to key supplier partners at its 26^th Annual Supplier Day, held virtually from Detroit.

Two Supplier of the Year Awards were presented during the event. SKF, a direct material component supplier of bearings and sealing solutions, was awarded for continued and consistent exceptional performance. The SKF team proactively approaches AAM with new opportunities that create win/win outcomes and engages openly and competitively on new technology.

Electrical Equipment component supplier, Ingenieria Y Abastecimiento SA DE CV (INASA) is an AAM essential business partner that integrates in-house solutions to handle inventory; provides technical support and collaborates to manage costs.
