AAR Announces Redemption of its 1.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2015
WOOD DALE, Ill., Aug. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) announced today that it has exercised its right to redeem all of the currently outstanding $30,000,000 principal amount of 1.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2015 (the "Notes"), in accordance with the terms of the Notes. The redemption price of the Notes is 103.358% of the principal amount redeemed, which amount is equal to $1,033.58 per $1,000 principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date, in accordance with the provisions of the indenture governing the Notes. The redemption date for the Notes is October 1, 2014.
