(NYSE: AWF), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, October 26, 2010, a monthly distribution of $0.10 per share of Common Stock, payable November 19, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 5, 2010.  Ex-date will be November 3, 2010.
