Arsenal Capital Partners Acquires Leading Model-Based Drug Development Company Certara

NEW YORK, Dec. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle market healthcare and specialty industrial companies, announced today the acquisition of Certara, the leading provider of model-based drug development and data analytics software and consulting services to the biopharmaceutical research and development market.
