BBG Appoints Brian T. Bryant As Director Of Charlotte, NC Office
DALLAS, April 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BBG, a leading independent national commercial real-estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm, today announced the appointment of Brian T. Bryant, MAI as Director of the firm's Charlotte, NC office.
Bryant will focus on the continued growth and development of the Charlotte office, new client acquisition targeting a diverse client base in the North Carolina region, client and staff management, and maintaining/cultivating the company culture.
Bryant has held the prestigious MAI designation conferred by the Appraisal Institute since 2003. He has significant appraisal experience with many property types including vacant land/lots (residential and commercial), single-family and multi-family residential, single and multi-tenant industrial, office and retail properties, mixed-use and subdivision developments. He also has expertise in condemnation appraisals, including court testimony.
Prior to joining BBG, Bryant served as a Senior Appraiser and Director at Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation and Advisory office in Charlotte.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bryant spent 13 years as a Partner/Owner at Bryant & Rutledge, where he appraised a wide range of property types for various types of clients, including a specialty in eminent domain appraisal assignments.
Earlier in his career, Bryant held Staff Appraiser positions at other appraisal firms located in Charlotte.
Bryant has been actively involved with the North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, where he has held a number of leadership positions over the last 17 years. He held chapter officer positions from 2011 through 2015, culminating in being Chapter President in 2015. He currently serves as a Regional Representative for Region V of the Appraisal Institute.
Additionally, Bryant was selected and attended the Appraisal Institute's Leadership Development Advisory Council in Washington, D.C. He is also a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and the International Right-of-Way Association.
Bryant's appointment follows a series of recent high-level executive hires and acquisitions of new offices, reflecting BBG's strategy to aggressively expand its national footprint.
