BBG Promotes Liani Moore To Managing Director Of Los Angeles Office
DALLAS, Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- BBG, a leading independent national commercial real estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm, today announced the promotion of Liani Moore MAI, to Managing Director of the firm's Los Angeles office.
Ms. Moore will work closely with Senior Managing Director Michael Abergel MAI, who will continue to lead BBG's operations in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area, the second-largest market in the country.
In her new role, Ms. Moore will be responsible for overseeing the office's operations, creating new business opportunities, and collaborating with the firm's talented and experienced team of professionals to ensure delivery of the highest-quality valuation services to a broad client base.
Ms. Moore's professional background includes over 12 years of consultation and valuation practice involving a variety of commercial property types, including multifamily, residential, retail, office, industrial, self storage, and special purpose properties. Her expertise is concentrated specifically in mixed-use apartment, condominium, and subdivision development, with geographical expertise in the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area, the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan Area, the Central Valley, and Hawaii.
Prior to joining BBG, she worked as a Senior Analyst at Integra Realty Resources offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Francisco. IRR merged its Sacramento and San Francisco offices which BBG acquired in 2017. Since this time, Ms. Moore has been serving as Director of Operations and Senior Appraiser at BBG's Northern California Offices.
Ms. Moore is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is a General Certified Appraiser in California and Hawaii. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis.
