BLU Products announces updates to BLU LIFE Series of Smartphone Devices, introducing several new models and updated pricing to original Life One, Life View, and Life Play

Targeted at the increasing demand in the US for unlocked no contract devices, the Life Series now include multiple band HSPA+ support for all carriers in North America including 850, 1700, and 1900.

Both One X and One M will be powered by an upgraded 1.5GHz CPU with 4G HSPA+ speeds, while that's where the similarities end.
Life One X
The "X" series denotes improved specifications, seeing the Life One X get improvements on the LCD resolution to an industry leading 5-inch Full HD 1080p display from Sharp with 441 PPI, and a boost to 2GB RAM. Dual-SIM Card capability continues on the Life One X, along with 13.0 Mega Pixel Main Camera, coupled with a 5.0 Mega Pixel Front Camera. The Life One X is already shipping and available for $279.00 with 16GB Internal Memory and $299.00 with 32GB internal memory, in either Steel Blue or White color options with 3G 850/1900/2100 and 850/1700/1900 variants.
Life One M
The "M" series denotes affordability, with an incredibly reduced price to just $199.00 unlocked, while maintaining flagship performance with an IPS HD 720p 5.0-inch display, 12MP Main Camera, and 1GB RAM. The Life One M will be shipping before the end of January, Dual-SIM unlocked with expandable Micro-SD Card Slot, available in either Steel Blue or White color option with 3G 850/1900/2100 and 850/1700/1900 variants.
Life View TAB
The BLU Life View TAB is the first premium 4G HSPA+ tablet from BLU, with features such as an 8.0" IPS HD Display, Quad-Core 1.2 GHz CPU, Dual 5.0MP cameras, 16GB Internal Memory, and 1GB RAM, encased in aluminum with a design of just 8.9mm. The Life View Tab will be shipping before the end of January in both Steel Blue and White colors available in either 3G 850/1900/2100 or 850/1700/1900 variants, and will retail for $199.00.
Life Play X
The Life Play X continues with the same 4.7-inch HD Display that made the original Life Play successful, showcasing the best performance of any HD display in the market with incredible viewing angles, contrast, color reproduction and brightness, impressive LCD technology which is exclusive to the Play and Play X devices. Improvements include a faster 1.5 GHz CPU, and 16GB internal memory, and available in a new stunning full black color, which is a first for the colorful Play Series. The Life Play X is now shipping and available Dual-SIM, unlocked for $219.00 unlocked in either 850/1900 or 850/2100 variants.
Life Play S
With a new full Aluminum back cover design, the Life Play S introduces a new refined look for the Life Play series. Available in either Steel Blue or White colors, the Life Play S features a 1.3GHz Quad-Core Processor, 8.0 Mega Pixel Back Camera, 5.0 Mega Pixel Front Camera, a 4.7-inch HD Display, 1GB RAM, and expandable memory card slot. Shipping before the end of January the Life Play S will be available unlocked for $199.00 in either 850/1900/2100 or 850/1700/1900 variants.
Life One, Life Play, and Life View
Additionally, the Original Life Series of devices will continue production throughout the first half of 2014, and have received immediate price cuts including $199.00 for the Life Play, $269.00 for the Life View, and $269.00 for the Life One. New Colors Being Introduced include Steel Blue of the Life View, along with Steel Blue and Chrome Grey for the Life One. All members of the Life Series family are currently shipping with Android v4.2, however software updates to v4.4 Kit Kat will be available before end of Q2 2014.
