Research continuously indicates fresh fish and seafood are powerhouses of important vitamins, minerals and proteins, and coldwater fish contain protective Omega-3 fatty acids(1). Experts suggest eating fish and seafood a few times every week, and Bonefish Grill makes it easy and decadent to adhere to these guidelines. Bonefish Grill Chimchurri Sauce

Ingredients - Amounts (Yields approx. 2 cups)

Garlic, minced - 8 Cloves

Kosher Salt - 1 tsp.

Oregano, dry leaves - 1 tsp.

Black Pepper, ground - 1 tsp.

Red Pepper Flakes - 1 tsp.

Lemon Zest - from 3 lemons

Fresh Lemon Juice - 4 oz.

Flat Leaf Parsley (Italian) - 1 Bunch

Olive Oil - 1 Cup

Method of Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse chop until all ingredients are approximately 1/8 inch in size.
2. Add Italian parsley and pulse chop until parsley is 1/8 inch in size.
3. Add the olive oil and blend in quickly. (Do not over blend.)
4. Allow the sauce to marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
