"With the start of the new year, we strive to help our guests keep their resolve and eat well to live well," said Tim Curci, Bonefish Grill Founder and Senior Vice President of Menu Development and Innovation. "We are delighted to offer our guests the freshest wood-grilled fish and seasonal vegetables, many of which are sourced from our local community purveyors. We understand the key to a balanced diet is offering our guests menu choices they should eat and want to eat. At Bonefish Grill, we provide a customizable menu and impeccable, signature service to make every day special in 2010."

Research continuously indicates fresh fish and seafood are powerhouses of important vitamins, minerals and proteins, and coldwater fish contain protective Omega-3 fatty acids(1). These may be key factors in improved cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure and increased good cholesterol levels(2).

Experts suggest eating fish and seafood a few times every week, and Bonefish Grill makes it easy and decadent to adhere to these guidelines. The year-round menu offers market-fresh, nutrient-rich fish including varieties such as Atlantic Salmon, Snake River Rainbow Trout, Longfin Tilapia, Ahi Tuna, Sea Scallops and Shrimp. Throughout the year, guests will also find delicious selections such as Mahi Mahi, Gulf Grouper and Atlantic Swordfish at the peak of their seasons. All are wood-grilled and can be served "clean" with fresh lemon or one of four signature side sauces. Among the selections is a Chimichurri sauce made with virgin olive oil, minced garlic and fresh parsley (see recipe below). The menu also includes innovative salads, non-seafood alternatives and gluten-free options.
