Bourbon N' Bubbles Debuts In Downtown Charleston, SC

CHARLESTON, S.C., July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Charleston's newest destination for a unique selection of bourbon, champagne, hand-crafted cocktails, and à La Carte eats – aptly named Bourbon N' Bubbles – today announced that it will be opening its doors in time for the Fall season in the heart of downtown Charleston at 570 King Street. 

Bourbon N' Bubbles is a unique concept centered around providing customized, tailored, and rare experiences with liquor brands not easily found at other locations that will set the establishment apart from Charleston's vast food and beverage scene. The venue will feature Charleston's first members-only liquor lockers – for private guests and corporate accounts – to keep their favorite bottles on hand at all times. The new space will feature a high-end selection of champagnes and bourbons from a wide array of distilleries and champagne houses – including Buffalo Trace, Schramsberg, Taittinger, and smaller specialized brands – paired with a curated selection of specialty food items to enhance the flavor characteristics of each pour.

The professional staff at Bourbon N' Bubbles are industry experts and will provide each guest with a unique experience as they guide them through tasting the premier line-up of bourbon and champagne available, complemented by perfectly paired culinary treats by Executive Chef Steve Jackson, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Michael Sanders brings his 15 years of experience and a keen understanding of the Charleston culinary scene to his role as General Manager.

The Bourbon N' Bubbles team also partnered with the design firm, Mister Important Design, which has created interiors for restaurants and hotel groups in Miami, Los Angeles, and Dubai, to deliver on the grand vision of sophistication and style. As part of the customized design experience, one of the most distinctive features is two interconnected curved black granite countertops that join together to form a circular bar with a floating shelf that highlights the specially curated spirits and high-end bourbons being offered.   

Understated elegance is the theme – a sort of "Americana Hybrid" – as conveyed through a modern, industrial layout interspersed with 1940's design elements such as brass fixtures, halo lighting, and deep, dark velvet undulating banquets where people can enjoy themselves in a warm, relaxing environment.
