Cameratta, Lennar And Pulte Homes Announce November 3 Grand Opening Of The Place At Corkscrew Amenity Center And Clubhouse
ESTERO, Fla., Oct. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Master developer Cameratta Companies in partnership with Lennar (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B) and Pulte Homes, a national brand of PulteGroup, Inc., two of the nation's leading homebuilders, today announced plans for a November 3 debut of the extraordinary new resort amenity center and clubhouse at The Place at Corkscrew in Estero, FL. The public is invited to attend the grand opening event and enjoy live music from the Ben Allen Band, tennis and pickleball exhibitions, special giveaways and in-person appearances by professional tennis players including Pat Glaunert, Paulo Barros and Rick Carlton, Abdul Idi and Milos Simovic. The event will take place from 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. at the amenity center located at 19900 The Place Blvd, Estero, FL 33928.

The amenity center and clubhouse is accessed by two main entrances, each with a gatehouse and 24-hour guard attendant. The pool features a 100-foot waterslide and splash pad/interactive water feature and an approximately 50,000-square-foot pool deck that offers a beach with cabanas, fire pits, shuffle board and more.
The 12,500 square-foot clubhouse features a two-story fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and aerobics studio, two massage therapy rooms, a café and marketplace and a Kids Club complete with children's books and activities.
