CenterSquare Names Werner Sohier, Senior Global Real Estate Executive, to its Advisory Board

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Sept. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CenterSquare Investment Management is pleased to announce the appointment of global real estate executive Werner Sohier to its Advisory Board. With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Sohier will provide strategic guidance on CenterSquare's investment strategies and contribute insights on trends in the global capital markets.

Mr. Sohier, a Dutch citizen based in the Netherlands, brings a significant international perspective to CenterSquare's Advisory Board.

Mr. Sohier has a distinguished career spanning development, consulting, and investment management. Most recently, he served as a Senior Director at PGGM, where he was instrumental in managing global listed and private real estate for the €251B ($295B) Dutch pension fund asset management firm.

Mr. Sohier joins a diverse group of current Board members, representing a broad range of expertise across the real estate industry:

• Steve Gruber, former Co-Head of Real Assets and current Senior Advisor at Hamilton Lane
• Joe Gyourko, Professor of Real Estate, Finance and Business Economics at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business
• Craig Macnab, former CEO of National Retail Properties and current independent director of American Tower Corporation and VICI Properties
• Laurann Stepp, former Senior Portfolio Manager at PA Public School Employees' Retirement System and former Co-Director of Alternative Investments of PA State Employees' Retirement System

Mr. Sohier holds a doctorandus degree in economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a master's degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and a postgraduate degree in real estate investment (MRE) from the University of Amsterdam. He also holds an Executive Education certification from Havard Business School in Private Equity and Venture Capital. In addition, Mr. Sohier is a chartered financial analyst (RBA).
